Merchandise Return Policy and RMA Request


1) Absolutely no Halloween returns will be accepted after October 15!
2) Absolutely no Christmas or Santa Suit returns will be accepted after December 15!
3) Absolutely no item may be returned if you did not request a return authorization number within five days of the date you received it!


Due to the seasonal nature of Halloween and Christmas merchandise, returns will be allowed only at Wicked Costumes's sole discretion under the limited conditions listed below.

The following items are NEVER returnable:
  • Special order items
  • Closeout and clearance items
  • Any item that states it can not be returned
  • Any item that has been worn, used or altered
  • Any item without all undamaged original packaging in "like new" condition
  • Orders shipped to locations outside the United States
  • Wigs, beards, eyebrows and eye lashes
  • Santa wigs, beards and eyebrows
  • Makeup, cosmetics and fake blood
  • Teeth and fangs
  • Video's
The following items are returnable ONLY if unopened with attached tags:
  • Masks
  • Boots and shoes
  • Pantyhose, stockings and socks
  • Panty's, petticoats and any other undergarments
  • Costumes that include pantyhose, stockings or undergarments (that have been unopened)
  • Costumes that include accessory packets (that have been unopened)
  • A restocking fee may be applied to your order.
Before returning any item you must receive an RMA number from us!
  • Returns that do not have an RMA number will be refused
  • Returns that have not been shipped within 5 days or receiving the RMA number will be refused
  • Packages that have been refused by the customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Original shipping costs are never refundable
  • Return shipping costs are at the customers expense
  • Any item returned must be returned in a suitably sized box
  • Items returned in an envelope (padded or not) will be refused
  • A restocking fee may be applied to your order.
  • If the original shipping fee did not cover the full cost to ship your order, the additional shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If one of the reasons below does apply to you a return will most likely be allowed.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

While we do our best to make sure that a damaged or defective item is never shipped it is possible that we did miss something. We will replace any damaged or defective item with the identical item in the identical size. You need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number as stated below in Requesting A Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

Incomplete Merchandise

While we do our best to make sure that all items are shipped complete it is possible that we did miss something. If an item such as a costume is missing a component such as a sash or belt we will replace the missing component. Depending on the situation we may either send you the missing piece or ask that you send back the entire costume and we will replace the entire costume. The replacement will be with the identical item as it was originally ordered. You need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number as stated below in Requesting A Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

Wrong Merchandise Received

If you order one item but receive a different item we will replace the wrong item with the correct item. This is also true if you ordered a small size but received a large size of a costume. The replacement will be with the original item as it was originally ordered. You need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number as stated below in Requesting A Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Note: This is not the same as if you ordered a small size but it does not fit and you want a larger size. See ordered wrong size costume below.

Ordered Wrong Size Costume

We can not guarantee that a particular size costume will fit you. If you order a costume and need a different size we will exchange the costume with the different size. If you want to exchange a costume for a different size, the original costume must be returned in "like new" unworn condition. All the original undamaged packaging must also be returned in "like new" condition. You will be responsible for the shipping charges both ways.

Return Allowed Under Return Policy

If your return request meets ALL conditions explained above and you would like to return an allowable item in new, unworn, unused, undamaged condition with all components with all original packaging in "like new" undamaged condition select this option. Requests for returns that do not meet ALL conditions of the Return Policy will be refused. Returns will be allowed only at Wicked Costumes's sole discretion.
A restocking fee may applied to your order.

Requesting A Return Merchandise Authorization Number

Return Merchandise Authorization Numbers (RMAs) are required to return an item provided it meets one of the specific conditions above. To request an RMA enter the appropriate information below. Make sure you select the correct reason and enter any additional comments. RMAs are normally processed in one to three days. You will hear back via email.
