If you placed your order on the Wicked Costumes web site, you can cancel it,
provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process. However,
there are some caveats. This is a "request to cancel" and the order can
not be canceled if it has already entered the shipping process. First,
check the order status and see if it has been shipped. The order status
on the Wicked Costumes web site is usually about one day behind. Your order may
have actually already shipped even if the order status does not show that
it has shipped. Once the order has entered the shipping process/shipped
it may not be canceled even though your request will be accepted at this time.
Refusing an order that has already shipped will incur a 20% restocking fee
and shipping charges are not refunded. Special orders and orders with a ship
code of "S" may not be canceled. Otherwise, if the order has not shipped,
there is no charge to cancel it.
